Game doesnt move after start

Xbox Series X- for some reason the game works fine untill i actually get into a que to start, the game plays out normaly for everyone else but im unable to move anything, only able to access the menu and navigate through that, which then i have to leave and get a suspension for it. Now i cant play any games because of this and ive tried reseting everything and i dont know what to do
Step 1: Boot up game and que for match (survivor)
Step 2: Get into match and wait for people to ready up
Step 3: Load like a normal game accept you cant move
