Even though they have an anti-loop and teleportation I think as of right now, probably High B, low A tier.

The only change I would make, is interacting with Hallu's as a survivor afflicted with Weakness, the amount of weakness you have is cut in half.

Otherwise great killer!

    Looks like C-tier killer. Maybe B-tier if you camp hooks with his teleport.
