Can't play! For the second time today my game was crashed and for the second time I was banned for 29 minutes.

its absolutly normal to get a time out if your game crashes. a chrash is handlet the same way any other dc is handled. bhvr cant see why you left the round they can only see that you did it thats why no matter why you left it is countet as leaving the game and that can get you a time out
