Frank's Mix Tape's "one kick animation" is missing from generators

When using Brutal Strength with Legion's Frank's Mix Tape, damaging a generator does not play the correct "single kick" animation.
Please watch this segment from a video showcasing the missing animation:
4:04 the action is performed on a generator and a single kick is shown, rather than two.
