Along with the old effect I want to add this:

Once the exit gates are powered all tokens can now be used for the alturistic healing action great skill checks, and each token now grant an extra 10% to alturistic healing progress, per token. The tokens will get spent as usual when you hit a great skill check while alturisticly healing.
