Save The Best For Last (STBFL) Found Bug?!

So I playing matches normally like every usual player does, and when I playing Deathslinger… and I want to clarify the moment of the match that I had 5 stacks of (STBFL) then when I shot the Obsession and reeled the Survivor in I did not lose 2 stacks but 4 stacks instead.

Can someone explain if this is supposed to happen or is it a coincidence of a bug please let me know!

    This is normal. The perk was recently changed so that you would lose stacks on hits on the obsession no matter if it's basic attacks or killer powers. For some reason the shot actually counts as a special attack already. So you lose 2 stacks for hitting the shot and another 2 for the actual M1 hit.

    it is because you don't lose stacks on chain-break, it counts special chain break as you fire, instead of after chain breaks and then you obviously lose stacks for basic m1.
