Game Crashing on Steam

Mid Match, the screen will freeze and a screen saying Dead By Daylight has crashed due to something with Unreal Engine or D3D device removed. The error seems to happen every other match. I am on a 24 hour ban because I can't even play the game. I have done a clean install of my entire PC and that did not resolve anything. i have verified files over and over again.
Anyone else having this issue??
