Glyph Massacre Tome Entry is Bugged

Tome 18/Level 3
It's listed as needing six hooks to remove the debuff, however it takes seven hooks. Tried it on two different killers on two different maps.
Wraith/Crotus Prenn Asylum: Reached six hooks and debuff didn't remove. Several survivors suicided out, so didn't reach beyond six hooks.
Ghostface/Underground Complex: Took seven hooks before the debuff went away.
