Clown cosmetic Pulcinella appeared in my inventory

For some reason, I have the clown outfit "Pulcinella" unlocked even though I never bought it from the store. I don't know exactly when it appeared but it was a few weeks ago. I've only played clown a handful of times and only have the event/rift outfits.
