didn't see a thread for it, so... simple question.

are you ever hooking people in the basement if you can help it after it goes live?


just curious on the general view on this.

personaly, I don't think I'm ever running it, but will essentially be respecting it because someone will be and it will be annoying.

not that I go for basement a lot anyway... so no big loss

    I think if it gets used it'll be for the aura read, since that works outside basement. The unhooking part makes it a worse Deliverance. I don't think it'll be that popular after the first week (when everyone is doing Sable's adept) so I think hooking in basement will be fine 99% of the time.

    Probably not for a while. Perks like this see a lot of use out the gate then things taper off as the novelty wears off and the meta reasserts itself.

    Hooking in the basement isn't usually worth it unless you're Trapper, Hag, Huntress, Bubba, Billy or maybe Executioner anyway.

    It's just for the aura reading and in that regard I'll be curious to see how effective it is as an anti-tunnel perk.

    It will pair quite nicely with Off The Record.

    It’s a dollarstore version of Deliverance, but the 20 seconds of aura reading will be very strong.
