Original Killer + Perks concept idea - The Cyborg

Special ability: Eye Laser

Looking at a survivor marks them. Press the Power Button to charge the laser on the floating robotic eye above your hand.

Once it's charged, release the Power Button key and your eyes will flash either red or blue. Firing 1 second after flashing. The killer becomes slowed slightly during this time like after hitting an M1.

Press the Secondary ability button once to switch lasers.

  • Red flash: Horizontal laser, aimed at the Survivor's upper half, going from left to right. Survivors can avoid this laser by crouching.
  • Blue flash: Vertical laser, aimed at the center of the Survivor, going from top to bottom. Survivors avoid by dodging left or right.
  • Any survivors that are hit with the laser lose a health state.

Special Trap:

The Cyborg starts the trial with 6 laser traps, which they can deploy on pallets and windows.

There are 2 different colored laser traps that the killer can use. Hold the Secondary ability button to switch between Laser traps and Lasers.

  • Red laser trap: Survivors passing through these lasers gain the Hindered status effect for 3 seconds.
  • Blue laser trap: Survivors passing through these lasers gain the Oblivious status effect for 10 seconds.

Survivors can disable the trap by interacting with them for 6 seconds or by dropping the pallet.

Once the trap is destroyed the killer gets it back.

Perks:

Photon Pursuit

  • After a survivor is unhooked by another survivor, the rescuer's aura is revealed for 6/8/10 seconds. If you down the rescuer within 60 seconds, receive 15% movement speed while carrying that survivor and damage the highest progressed generator by 10%. (This gives the killer an incentive to NOT tunnel and rewards them for not doing so.)

Circuitry Overload

  • Start the match with 3 random pallets already dropped. Any survivors vaulting these pallets receive the Hindered status effect for 6/8/10 seconds. Breaking these pallets gives you 15% movement speed for 3 seconds after the animation ends.

Scourge hook: Technological advancement

  • You start with 0 tokens, Each time a survivor is hooked on a scourge hook, gain a token. Each token gives you a stacking effect.
    • Gen kicking speed is increased by 5%.
    • Wall-breaking speed is increased by 5%
    • Vaulting becomes 5% faster.
  • Maximum tokens is 4.

Of course I am not a killer/perk designer by any means, so this might be super unbalanced. If you have suggestions please let me know!
