Epic Games prerequisites not installed error

Hello, I want to know if it happens to anyone else that they cannot open the game from Epic Games, when I open it I get a cmd window and then I get the error, this one specifically "LS-0019-IS-PQR4", and I have already done everything that Epic Games tells you to solve it, it is supposed to be a problem that I do not install the prerequisites, but I don't know how to solve that specific problem. If you could help me, please, I would be very grateful.
