Simple Singularity Tweaks

It's no secret that Singularity is an unpopular killer, having a use rate only above Twins, a killer that was severely bugged during the data collection time, and one of the lowest kill rates in the game. He's one of my killer p100s and main, but I have a few suggestions to make him better for the average player.

  • Soma Family Photo base-kit
  • Remove the anti-camp measure slowdown for entering a pod near a hook

Family Photo is basically glued onto my build at this point. Ask any Singularity player and they will say it is his best by far, but it is locked behind a Very Rare addon that most people won't have access to. It both cuts the build variety for experienced players and the entry level without this addon just isn't strong enough for the amount of investment he takes. I also have a fairly simple and strong rework for this addon that revolves around the global pod cooldown.

  • Soma Family Photo: Reduces the Lock-On Cooldown After Teleportation/Assimilation by 0.6 second

The specific number for this could be toned up or down depending on what you guys feel is fair, but this is a fairly simple addon effect that would definitely see use if photo became base-kit.

As for the anti-camp measure, It's just too harsh for how large and abusable the radius is. The main purpose of entering a pod is to leave the hook, not stay near it, and being unable to use your power because a survivor is looping vaguely near a hook can be very frustrating, especially because survivors should be punished for running towards hooked survivors with the killer on them.

Ideally collision detection for pod placing would also be a bit better, but these small changes would make him more rewarding and less frustrating for newer singularity players, without majorly buffing an already strong killer in the right hands. It would also give dedicated singularity players like me access to more viable build variety.

    I support the idea of making Soma Photo base-kit, either that or reducing the wake-up time for teleporting to a survivor.

    Rather than just reducing the anti-camp measure, remove the anti-camp slowdown entirely but keep the penalty for tagging 6m within a hooked survivor, and remove the Undetectable that Singularity has while within 10m of the hooked survivor, that way survivors can actually tell if a Singularity is camping using base-kit Insidious.
