No heartbeat sound

Hello forum! I bought a new laptop (asus tuf gaming a15), steam platform, in the settings I selected the display of the heart on the survivor. Everything is displayed correctly, but there is no heartbeat sound. Before that, I played on ps4 and another PC and there was no such problem. All the sounds in the game are at their maximum.

I tried reinstalling the game, it didn't help. I didn't find an answer on the Internet or on the forum either. Please help ; -;
