Does anyone have any actual tips for using The Unknown?
Survivors are in third person and I feel like no matter what I do, as soon as someone is "weakened" they just remove it instantly. Even when I try hiding behind objects they still end up finding me. Anyone have any valid tips for how to make use of the power?

It's really about moving forward while breaking line of sight as much as possible, but you have to balance it, or you could lose a lot of distance depending on the map. Sometimes it's worth losing Weakened if that grants you an easy m1. Hitting shots isn't as hard as long as the survivor isn't too far away or too close, and the "bubble" UVX creates on impact goes through walls, so you can use it to your advantage on tight loops. There aren't many pieces of advice you can get because he's a very mechanical killer, it comes down to getting used to it.

Thanks! I've played some more and gotten a bit more used to the window now, so might draw it up to I was just playing poorly. I appreciate the tips nevertheless

Not that I'm discounting what you are saying, but I have found it to be MUCH harder to get rid of the weakened state since they doubled the time required

I've played a few games as him, it still goes away too fast. you can hit people with 2 in a row though with them still having it though if they're staring at you you'll have less time to do so.

I've only played 3 games on unknown so far but it didn't seem to be a huge issue. I don't think my lobbies were full of newbs either. I like trying to zone survivors into situations where they are boned one way or another. Either they get hit with a bubble or an axe. Their choice. But admittedly, 3 games is a small sample size. I'll see if my opinion changes with experience.
