Store cosmetics - bugged counter

This has been bugged for *months* now, and is still not fixed with this Chapter. The store cosmetics counter shows 2 cosmetics pieces more than what I actually own.
Take a look at this screenshot. It says I own 2 store cosmetic pieces for both Quentin and Freddy, even though neither of them has any store cosmetics!
For Laurie it says 2/5, when it's actually 0/3. For Bill it says it's 5/5, even though it's 3/3, etc.
