Twitch drops again

Hi,
I claimed all the twitch drops which came out yesterday after watching several hours dbd streams (as always ^^). But I didn't get them until now. I'm linked everything (last time I had no problems). I was linked with my EPIC dbd account and after I didn't get the drops there I delete the link and linked again my STEAM dbd account. Than I claimed the drops again. But I didn't get it on my steam dbd account, too. What's the problem. Support is ofc not answering and chat bot doesn't know anything. any ideas?
As you can see in the pic my beha account is linked with twitch and steam.
