What do you think needs to change with bubba?
Bubba was changed alongside billy 3 years ago when they were trying to make anti facecamp a part of the killers balance. So thats why he has tantrum when he holds the saw for to long. Ignoring the fact he can just not rev the saw until the unhook happens anyway making the tantrum bar kinda useless. And i guess the tantrum itself was added to give some downtime between saws if bubba missed. But the games a lot faster paced nowadays. So probably tantrum needs the most adjustments imo. Another change to make him not so addon reliant would be making his saw last a little longer and he goes faster. Since the most used addons are more speed and longer saw. As well as a lot of his addons himself show of old age. 2 were bugged for like years. And some just show old balance (90 seconds of broken on a saw?). What would you change personally?

I think Bubba is in pretty good spot right now and don't need anything. He's a solid killer l must say, probably B+

I quit Bubba because he relies too much on the survivor f-ing up. Would rather play Clown or Nemesis for quick chases on my own terms. He def needs a couple % faster move speed when sweeping.

He's pretty difficult to balance. There are situations where he can cause more damage than any other killer in the roster, not to mention how good he is at camping hooks. You can't really give him any major buffs when his strengths are so strong. So you'd need to give him small QoL buffs or exchange some of his extreme strengths for other serious improvements.

Basekit award winning chilli, Beast Marks extra chainsaw charge reduced from 14% to10% and Knife Scratches extra charge reduced to 6%.

Add Grandpa, make him spawn randomly on the map. He would act as a secondary ability.
Survivor actions (or maybe each hook) contribute to Grandpa's awareness. Each level up gives Bubba a temporary or maybe permanent buff to his power (faster charge, longer sweep, faster tantrum recovery).
You know, like in the TCM game.

I know his addons at least need a update. And maybe his tantrum time. 5 seconds is a bit long. And some of his addons like the iri or the extra token don't need a speed downside. Otherwise they arent really that bad.

Bubba is still a good Killer. It's just that since BHVR turbo buffed Billy, he's not the go to reliable instadown Killer of choice anymore. Kinda sad, but Billy is just so much better than him now.

I don't play Bubba, so I couldn't say what QoL buffs he might need. But I think they could make some of his add-ons basekit without sending him over the edge.

If BHVR want to do only a small tweaks like in Patch 7.6.0 I would recommend:
- increase Chainsaw Sweep movement speed from 5.29 m/s to 5.45 m/s.
- set acceleration time to 0.5 seconds (instead of 60% of first charge)
- increase Chainsaw Sweep duration from 2 seconds to 2.5 seconds
- add new Bloodpoints category to increase Bloodpoints in Brutality category
If BHVR want to do more with Bubba I would reccomend my suggestions:

He is C+ / B- - against decent Survivors he needs best Add-Ons to actually compete, but avg Bubba will not get a good result...

Billy has: best mobility in the game, insta down, one of the best chase powers in the game and strong Add-Ons
Bubba has: only Chase Power that isn't even stronger than Billy

I would agree with B tier, and thats perfectly fine. Really good bubbas will even make you rething if B tier is actually accurate. Perfect his power and become a very powerful force in chase.

But in all seriousness, he needs a serious look. Since the changes to maps, the pallet density has increased. This means there is less open areas between safe pallets/loops. In the past it was alright, because you could eat all the pallets and create a deadzone. However, by the time you do that now, the gens are all gone.
He needs to be faster, charge faster, and have less punish on his bumps. Billy is just a way better option overall. Billy has negligible downsides in comparison to Bubba. Also, the fact Bamboozle is a must on him, it would be nice to see something similar basekit.

I think Bubba is fine as he is, to be honest.
His strength has always been a bit underestimated, in my opinion, even before his rework.

Bubba’s fine as is, his addons provide a few different ways of using his chainsaw, you can run perks to handle his counterplay extremely easily, and you still chew through pallets insanely fast. Running bamboozle on bubba does seem to make you more predictable to the survivor so if you’re struggling you might want to try something different at loops

His Add-Ons? You need to use best Add-Ons (The Beast's Marks & Award Winning Chilli), because without them Bubba is trash. So picking different Add-Ons is pointless, because you are weak in chase. Mostly of his Add-Ons are useless or even nerf him.
Only useful Add-Ons on Bubba except The Beast's Marks & Award Winning Chilli: Knife Scratches & Primer Bulb? and that's all. You can play Light Chassis & Iridescent Flesh sometimes, but it situational...

Every player who understand the game well should know Bubba needs a buff - smaller or bigger - at least buff - mostly with movement speed during the Chainsaw Sweep.

tantrum duration and the lethality of chainsaw should be adjusted to get rid of locker bs. bro is already countered by anything and everything on the map and locker counterplay is just way too much and unnecessary. also basekit chili and like yellow engraving without charge speed penalty.

Without even considering the perks you can run on him, his power still is very lethal in chase. Generally his addons across the board simply change his numbers or change a few effects so I'd like an addon pass addressing that.
Asides from perhaps an addon update bubba is balanced otherwise, especially given bamboozle exists.

He rely on his movement speed and chilly addons to even be somewhat treat in chase, base kit bubba is bit weak.

Basekit Chilli at the least, shorter tantrum basekit and more diverse/useful addons.
Bubba is powerful when maps are small. And surivors are grouped up. Billy has no issue and actually excels in larger maps.
So I'd say add another charge when you down a survivor rather then just having 3 charges always. Idk but he is very niche playstyle compared to Billy.
There's a reason why survivor main streamers love going against Bubba...
