Bite the Bullet isn't making me silent with self care sometimes.

    Platform: PC. Just experienced a similar issue myself for the first time today. Playing as Ada with the perks: Self Care, Bite the Bullet, Overcome, & Lucky Break. Was healing myself with a brown medkit when the issue occurred (survivor healing noises still at normal volume i.e. Self Care not working at all).
