please make deliverance not useless in solo q ("tricking the killer" icon)

it's been said before, but you HAVE to make a status icon for "tricking the killer" to show when a survivor is using deliverance or plot twist or the new "deliverance but only in the basement" one. otherwise deliverance is useless in solo q.

I had yet another solo q match just now where I had deliverance, but I had to use it early because I saw my fellow survivor running across the map to try to save me, so instead I used it to save them and immediately got downed again by the killer.
