PC - Friends Til The End Not Switching Obsession

Only happens sometimes, and the situations vary significantly. No similarities I can think of. Just sometimes, and very rarely, decides not to switch obsession.

I really only use Friends Til the End because of the switching, so when it just decides to not do the thing and kill the obsession, it kinda messes with my whole perk build.
