Random Perks Challenge in Tome 17

Selected the Challenge in tome 17 that generates 4 random perks.

loads into lobby with 3 players.

Changes to loading screen of the match

Game crashes

(have tried this twice, and got a friend to do this as well) confirmed crashing on friends game

*forgot to mention i was on PC
