Game crashes in pre game lobby (survivor only)(ps5)

my friend doesn’t know how to work this stuff so I’m doing it for him. Anyways he has been trying to play survivor with me and every time the pre game lobby hits 00:05 his game freezes and then crashes. He’s tried deleting and redownloading, yet it still doesn’t work if anyone can help it would be very appreciated.
