Jack the Ripper Killer

I recently watched Record of Ragnarok and realized how underused Jack is. He usually makes for an incredible character and isn't given proper justice. In fact I think the RoR manga has been the only work of fiction that's done him proper justice. I think it would make for an interesting character, what does everyone else think?

    It would definitely have to be a original killer, inspired heavily by the famous legendary serial killer in the late 19 century, during industrial age London time.
