Can survivors be rewarded for playing skillfully?
It is really disappointing to play very skillfully and yet this doesnt have any impact on the match outcome, while killers have some easy and skill less shortcuts to win such as tunneling and proxy camping and 4 slowdown. survivors should have more rewards for playing very well, and killers should have less shortcuts to get wins that they dont deserve

Survivors do get rewarded for playing skillfully.
The longer you last in chase, the more time your teammates have to repair Generators. If your teammates are not repairing Generators then your team, as a whole, is being punished by their massive mistake since they are not progressing the game, which is more so a matter of matchmaking being an issue than “rewarding Survivor skill”.
Likewise, doing Generators is not an inherently hard objective either. You sit in a single part of the map and hold a button, only to occasionally do Skill Checks. And you can still shortcut your objective with items/perks, e.g. toolboxes, which while you will sacrifice a lot of utility will absolutely breeze through your objective.
My only gripe with the game is that you lose out on other categories while being chased. I think the Survivor being chased needs to earn a portion of the Bloodpoints for Objectives and Altruism since they are buying time for the team.
