Ultra Rares in the Rift shouldn't be glorified Very Rares

When Ash was given an Ultra Rare, he got new voice lines to go along with his demonic hand puppet. When Ghostface got a new Ultra Rare mask, it had an animated bleeding effect. There was love and care put in, expected of a Ultra Rare cosmetic.
Dredge's Unwanted Toy and Hillbilly's Twisted Hero skins got nothing.
No VFX, no SFX, no animations, no voice lines, no weird sounds, no anything. Ultra Rares should mean special new things put into designing them, as far as I'm aware, there's nothing that we would expect from Ultra Rares.
Can we please make them purple, and keep it so that being Ultra Rare will signify that extra effort in the future?
