Event Offerings In General. Why???

Why is it still the case that event offerings are a thing we have to have on the blood web? Why is this not an option we have at this point.

Every event killers who want to spend blood points are forced to take event based offerings that mostly don't do anything for you after you first few games (used to complete tomes or get cosmetics mostly).

Surely it would be simple enough to add an option that we can disable the spawning of event offerings.

This year the offerings broke bp offerings and now its disabled for who knows how long yet they still appear in the blood web. What is the point of this?

On top of that this years event offering gives 0 bp extras unlike previous events giving bonus bp to event hooks or event gens.

I get why survivor event items are on the web all the time because they are actually good offerings but please behaviour stop forcing us to take these event offerings every time.
