Add mending to the tutorial

I have a friend who has just bought the game he went through the tutorial and then first game he went down because the tutorial apparently didn't explain what deep wound was.

It's explained in the tutorial section, all you gotta do is read the part about Status Effects. It's sort of on the player if they choose to jump in blind to a game that's been out for 8 years.
They've added so much to the tutorial aspect that new players have it way easier now getting to grips with the game.
