BP and bonuses are confuse
I think BHVR should make a tutorial or explain better how the bp bonus works in this game. OK its not difficult but, im complete lost about this event. Where my points from? How i need calculate the total? What the offerings multiplies without or during the events? What the incentive multiplie?. How i should calculate the total amount.

Why do you HAVE to calculate the total amount in the first place?

The best way to try to understand where your points are coming from is occasionally watching the score events in the right top corner during the match and then watching how the score is totaled after the match is over.
During this event, you're going to be making a lot of your Bloodpoints from event participation. Survivors get 3k BP from finishing a gen. Killers get I think 1,500 BP from hooking survivors on a non-basement hook. Both survivors and killers earn points from interacting with the blood droplet.
If someone burns a Bloody Party Streamers offering, that only includes non-event Bloodpoints. If you earn 15k from doing normal in-game stuff (healing, rescues, getting chased, working on a generator) and 25k from event bonuses, the BPS is going to give you an extra 15k Bloodpoints.
Unlike the BPS, I think the global multiplier includes all Bloodpoints earned in the match. So, using the same numbers above of 15k from normal stuff and 25k from event bonuses, that's 40k total before the multiplier. The current event multiplier is 200%. That means 40k + (2 x 40k), a total of 120k Bloodpoints. If somebody burned a BPS, then that's an extra 15k in this scenario, for a total of 135k Bloodpoints.
If all of that is confusing, then my best suggestion is to not worry about it. Try to interact with the blood droplet. As a survivor, try to complete gens. As a killer, try to hook survivors outside the basement (and you want multiple hooks, if survivors die on their first hook you only get 1,500 Bloodpoints instead of the possible 4,500 Bloodpoints... with the multiplier, that would mean you're missing out on 9,000 event Bloodpoints if someone dies on their first hook). If you can do actions within blood zones then that's a nice but very small 25% bonus so don't worry about it too much. Mostly, play the game as you normally would.
Edit: I just want to mention I'm not a dev, I've tried to figure out how the math works by doing what I said in the first paragraph when I wanted to see if Bloodpoint offerings were working. I may be wrong about things, there's a lot going on and it's difficult to separate what's what on the end screen.
