Perks that needs buffs and reworks
Empathetic connection: i like the idea of this perk but 10% healing speed is laughable. Make it 30 percent
resurgance: hemorrhage still hurts this perk. I would love if you kept the 50 percent healing progress if you are unhooked, and make it so you instantly have 15% of your healing progress everytime you get hit
counterforce: needs a rework, the perk sucks
guardian: shows the unhooked survivor the killers aura too
dark sense: press the active ability button to reveal the killers aura for 10 seconds after a gen is complete.
decisive strike: 5 second stun
Better than new: i like the idea of this perk but there is a reason why no one uses it. It sucks. Up the numbers to 50 percent
pharmarcy: just rework the perk, it sucks
up the ante: same as pharmacy
corrective action: same as up the ante

What about Counterforce do you not like? It is niche for sure but it does it's niche very well when cleansing all totems in a match

I was about to say too. Counterforce destroys Plaything + Pentimento builds.

That would be useful if I saw the killer had petimento before hand

Does nothing unless you make a totem build and looking for totems is essentially throwing the game and wasting time. The perk should do something completely different

the problem is not "counterforce"... but counterforce along with 100 other niche/bad perks
some examples of niche perks:
- red herring
- self preservation
- cut close
- blood rush
- blood pact
- rookie spirit
- Visionary
the list could go on, but I'll stop here. Are they bad perks? No, in some niche builds they might work... but the time has come to wish for something better.
meta perks (apart from Off the record, Background Player , Deja vu and a hint of Flashbang) are still the same since 2017, it's not normal.
