Placing blood basins as killer is too technically difficult

It's the same problems that snuffing boon totems had originally.
It's very awkward to place blood basins as killer because you need to be in a very specific place to place them. It's not as simple as as you walk up to one and then you deposit, you have to walk up to one, find the right angle which takes like 5+ seconds and then you place one. It makes placing them unappealing as a killer. Unless you are chucky, because it seems to work fine with him.

You have to position yourself just right and look down at the thing. It is much more difficult to do as killer and because of that it wastes more time than doing it as survivor, which is the opposite of how it should be.
