PC - Survivors who aren't contaminated will have the green goo affect when playing as Nemesis

Basically if a survivor has been contaminated, and then they use a vaccine, from my POV (as Nemesis) they will still have the blue effect. I have to look at the HUD to figure out if the person I'm chasing is actually infected or not.
Uncertain what exactly causes this (apart from survivor being infected and then using vaccine) but it occurs in most if not all of my Nemesis matches. Playing on Steam.
