Twins are still bugged

PC. I played 2 matches as the Twins and in the second one (map was Mother's Dwelling), after about a minute (I think it was after the first time Victor died by a kick) whenever I played as Charlotte, her movement became laggy and she started to rubberband. This only got worse when I pressed buttons other than "W". It was not ping related but it kept on for the entire match.
However, when I was carrying a survivor or played as Victor everything worked just fine.
