Bloodweb Prestige "Rarity" Rework

Apparently, the higher your prestige level the "better" items that will show up in the bloodweb. However, "better" items is completely subjective. According to the game, the Iridescent items are the best and most valuable, but as a player, I barely use them.

For example, I play hag and I like a lot of her green/yellow add-ons. Her iridescent ones are barely useful to me, so they aren't "better." The green and yellow addons are better for me.

To fix this, I think that whenever you Prestige a character, you get a slot with a maximum of 3. You can select any item that could potentially show up in the bloodweb to fill those slots, (mix of offerings, items, and add-ons, whatever you want) and anything in those slots will have a higher chance of showing up in the bloodweb. That chance gets higher with every prestige level obtained, maybe with a max of 40% at P100. Of course you could change what items are in the slots however you wish.
