Blood Warden not activating

Me and my buddy were fighting a blight on Lampkin and he had tier 3 Blood Warden, and our teammate who had opened a door got hooked and killed, which should’ve activated Blood Warden, but nothing happened and we ran out the door. 60 seconds hadn’t passed, otherwise we would’ve died by then, and we would’ve seen the barrier. It was great for us, but I’d rather the bug get fixed if it is a recurring issue. Thanks for yalls time.
