Freddy Lullaby bug

I wasn't sure if it was a bug but I haven't seen any changes in any patch notes to Freddy's Lullaby. However, when I played a match against him today, the lullaby constantly sounded very quiet and had no variance in volume. My issue with it is the volume of the lullaby definitely used to get louder as he got closer which it definitely wasn't doing in the match today. My question is: Has the lullaby now changed so that you cannot determine his distance from you in the dream world, or is this a bug?
