(PC) Bubba's charges reset to 0 after M2 cancelling to M1 a survivor and becomes powerless

Bubba's chainsaw charges will reset to 0 if you feather your chainsaw with max charges and cancel to M1 a survivor leaving him unable to use his chainsaw the rest of the match. This only started happening after yesterday's patch.
- Go into a custom and rev your chainsaw, let go and then M1 a survivor. Your charges will go from 3 to 0 and you will not be able to use your power the rest of the match.
