Three Survivors Spawned Close To Killer

Just finished a match in which 3 of survivors spawned close to the killer. Could hear the terror radius right off. Some kind of glitch? Killer exploiting?
Killer had over 200,000 in match summary screen. I have seen one other killer get that high during the event but they had to do a lot more than this one did during the match to get that high of a score.

Sometimes it begins with an audible heartbeat. That doesn't mean killer find you right away, so you should wait in the loop first.
