look, its understandable how strong adrenaline can be, which is obviously why they nerfed it. but the speed duration nerf is complete overkill. the fact it can't activate on hook anymore in endgame (which was the point of the perks activation requirement, but anyway) is already a harsh nerf, and nerfing the speed makes it a worse sprint burst. at the very least just keep the speed duration at 5 seconds instead of 3 so its more than just a sprint burst with an insta heal.
