Now before we all go crazy about the new twins rework remember that its the ptr and I think they over buffed them to see how they can adjust everything. Obviously victor having almost no cooldown after hitting someone is crazy but I think they will either stager him for a longer duration post ptb or maybe they will slow him down a touch so he can catch a survivor right away after a hit since the hit is going to give no distance since victor is 150% speed. I like the direction they are going with the twins though what are your thoughts?
