Store updates and access to old rift skins
Now that the store is being updated and looked at, it would be great if cosmetics from old rifts actually came to the store on a regular schedule. I don't mind waiting a year if I miss a rift but it is really annoying for a few of the older rifts I missed to see that their cosmetics have not come to the store even after more than a year.
I think BHVR should look at all the skins currently not in the store from old rifts and bring them to the store so newer players or players who missed those rifts could buy them or have access to them, even if they are only available through cells.

Yeah it really sucks for anyone who missed a Rift. It is incredibly dissatisfying that there is no established timetable for when players who missed a Rift can expect to be able to get those skins in shop. Its not like BHVR has anything to lose by bringing them all into the store eventually. If anything they'll make money since players like me would be willing to buy with cells when they finally arrive.
It feels like BHVR has just forgotten about some of the older skins because I can't see any reason for why they are not in the store yet. I really hope BHVR will resolve this soon and actually bring old rift skins into the store with an established timeline rather than just leave players waiting, never knowing if it will ever happen at all. The lack of communication is just very frustrating overall.

The skins for the Huntress and Legion parts in Tome 1, Tome 2, etc. are not for sale.

Yes, I don't understand why certain rift cosmetics that are barely a year old are already being brought to the store while there are still plenty of 2-4 year old rift outfits that have yet to make it back. Why gatekeep older outfits like this? It's not like you'll run out of things to sell at the rate new outfits are released in this game.
I agree that it would be nice to have a consistent schedule at which old rift outfits are released to the store. And that older outfits are prioritized to clear out the backlog. Personally I'm still waiting on outfits from Rift 11, 6, 4 and more.
