This would have to be a licensed killer if the devs ever went through with it but the Loutermilch from outlast 2 I'm not good at naming things so I don't really have any perk ideas a possible map could maybe be the library which he chases you in the game and I haven't thought of a power again this is just an idea that i literally just came up with but ethier way thanks for viewing :)
