Very rare indeed. I know of other players who have him at P100, but in the actual game the only Freddy I've seen past P9 is… well, me.

Freddy has a 63% kill rate which makes him the 4th deadliest killer in the game, this is one of the 4 Freddy mains making it happen lol, congrats

Well, I have been leveling him up since I came back to the game, which was around Chucky's release.
But already had him P3 way before the prestige change.
This event helped me a lot.
