Hair has been bugging me on High and Ultra settings but this is by far one of the worst cases. Is there any way to deal with this?

    The best place to Report Bugs is in the Bug Report Category: https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/categories/bugs

    Check and see if it has been reported already and upvote it, otherwise you can open a new report following the guidelines pinned in that Forum section.
