Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.
Blast mine is buggy if two survivors try to use them after each other

When my teammate used blast mine on a generator, the killer kicked it and while the killer and I were blind, I put my blast mine into the same generator. The perk started to count down, so it should have been active. But when the killer kicked the generator again, my perk was deactivated without any effect (blind/stun), and the generator started regressing like there was no blast mine activated on the generator.
