Fix Cenobite's chain FOV

Surely it is not that hard to set a unchangeable base FOV for the Cenobite's chains (and only his chains) that does not cause the camera to zoom in/out.

    wish this was fixed… the camera gives me motion sickness

    It was fixed for a moment last year and has been left buggy again for over 6 months. Is BhVR properly aware of this problem? Or is the staff gone and can't fix it anymore?
