When you blow gen by missing a skill check, how much progress is lost?

I believe that it is 10% by default, but can be further modified with other perks.
It is noteworthy that missed Skill Checks do not contribute to the 8-Regression Limit that Generators now have, so given the right build, it can absolutely punish the Survivors’ mistakes and/or bad RNG (e.g. getting a Skill Check when leaving a Generator).

Huntress Lullaby increases the penalty by 6% while it's up.
Technician increases the penalty of Generator Skill Checks by 3%.
Bite the Bullet reduces the penalty of Healing Skill Checks to 1%.
Overcharge's special Skill Check has an increased penalty of 4%.
Deadline reduces the penalty of missed skill checks by 50% while injured.
I think that's all of them.
