Xbox Series X: Controller Inputs are Bugged + Can't Change Inputs

I just came back to try and play the game on my Series X and found out that all the buttons weren't working properly. I'd press LB to crouch but couldn't crouch. Tried to heal another player and couldn't. Wiggle... Well it sometimes worked and sometimes didn't.

I went into the options to change the controller settings and cannot change anything. Pressing on any of the options brings up "Press any button" but when I press a button, nothing happens.

Tried on PS5 and same thing. I'm not sure what the Devs did but this game is unplayable now. None of the input buttons work as intended. Not sure how this patch passed released but this is awful. Guess I'm going to have to uninstall again unless this gets fixed immediately. I can't even reset to default. Nothing happens when I press buttons. Not even in game.
