Couldnt unhook on rpd against doctor

Was playing against a doctor on rpd, when he was facecamping a survivor i wanted to unhook or trade, But when i did i did not get a prompt to unhook and couldnt unhook, Another survivor tried the same thing but also couldnt unhook, not sure if i can reproduce the steps sorry, it only occured once so far

This bug happens if unhook from the first stage is perfectly timed with entering second stage. Survivor on hook also doesn't get skillchecks. Happened to my friends few times
