Merciless Storm bug

(Steam) Hi guys! I just finished playing a game on Mount Ormond against a Legion using Merciless Storm and I think I've encountered a bug regarding it. It seems like it always fails on the second skill check even though I'm 100% sure I've hit it correctly. My build was: Deja Vu, Resilience, Sprint Burst and Adrenaline, if it helps. My friend has apparently encountered it too since the last update. Also, the bug seems to be happening on every generator affected by Merciless Storm (it happened on all 3 gens I've repaired to 90%).
